Implementing Clinical Governance Leadership for Aged Care Providers - Masterclass
Brisbane (ONLINE): 1-2 October | Perth (ONLINE): 7-8 October | Adelaide: 14-15 October | Sydney: 19-20 October | Melbourne (ONLINE): 28-29 October
IMPORTANT UPDATE
Due to COVID-19 associated travel restrictions, all masterclass locations with the exception of Adelaide will now be fully virtual. The health and safety concerns of our attendees, trainers and staff is our number one priority, and we strongly believe this is the right decision given the ongoing public health risks, travel concerns and other circumstances.
As a result of the Aged Care Royal Commission, there is a current spotlight on Clinical Governance and overall safety and quality. This has resulted in a renewed focus on compliance and the need to demonstrate effective governance. This interactive two-day masterclass, led by expert facilitator Michele Moreau; will enable delegates to:
Reflect on, and gain essential leadership skills to lead a learning focussed organisation and implement effective Clinical Governance
Identify and prioritise their road map and action plan to instigate meaningful change in their organisation
Develop the skills and confidence to establish effective systems to assist in the delivery of the Aged Care Quality Standard
With small sizes of approximately 20 delegates per location, this masterclass will give delegates ample time for key topic discussion with the expert facilitator.
This masterclass is designed with the unique challenges of the Aged Care industry in mind; this is for those who are responsible for planning and delivering clinical outcomes for consumers, safety, service delivery and those who involved in the governance or evaluation of aged care services.
